KABUL: The Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs Mawlavi Abdul Kabir, said that regional connectivity and implementation of major projects at the regional level is impossible without Afghanistan.
He made the remarks, today, at the graduation ceremony of the Polytechnic University of Kabul students.
He considered the need for large regional projects such as TAPI, CASA-1000 and regional connectivity and said that the Islamic Emirate seeks to implement these projects.
“The Islamic Emirate gives priority and value to domestic cadres,” he said, adding that it is not acceptable that domestic cadres remain unemployed while companies invite foreign workers.” Meanwhile, the Acting Minister of Higher Education, Shaikh Neda Mohammad Nadim quoting the Islamic Emirate’s Supreme Leader said that he has been instructed to create employment opportunities for fresh graduates.
