KABUL: The Chinese Ambassador to Kabul Zhao Xing, in a meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs Mawlavi Abdul Kabir, has officially invited him to represent the Islamic Emirate at the Trans-Himalaya Forum, Arg said in a statement on Wednesday.
China intends to engage in bilateral cooperation with the Islamic Emirate, said Zhao, adding that such relations can help to address many issues.
He added that Beijing has consistently supported the Islamic Emirate’s position in international forums.
Meanwhile, Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs Mawlavi Abdul Kabir, expressed pleasure over China’s comprehensive assistance to Afghanistan.
Islamic Emirate is striving to play an active role in the stability and progress of the region, he said.
With each passing day, the Islamic Emirate’s role and presence in international forums, especially at the regional level, are increasing.
