KABUL: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, in a statement today praised the recognition of Palestine by the Royal States of the Republic of Ireland, Norway and Spain.
“This development is occurring while in addition to the aggression on the historical land of Palestine, the Zionist occupation is trying to bring a demographic change by committing war crimes and genocide,” said the ministry.
The Palestinian land is the legitimate right of the Palestinian people and the genocide carried out there by the Zionists is the main cause of instability in the region and the Islamic Emirate strongly condemns the ongoing genocide.
The Islamic Emirate once again calls on the international community, in particular Islamic countries to take urgent steps to prevent the ongoing genocide in Palestine, said the statement.
