KABUL: Russian President Vladimir Putin said in a statement that currently, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, has full control over the entire territory of Afghanistan.
“Islamic Emirate is a reality and we are making efforts to enhance relations with them, he said adding, that they [Islamic Emirate], currently have full control over the geography of Afghanistan, and the realities should be taken into consideration.”
He added that Moscow for enhancing relations with the Islamic Emirate will use all possible means.
Meanwhile, Russia’s special representative, Zamir Kabulov, said the other day that Russia will remove the Islamic Emirate name from the blacklist.
