KABUL: The Russian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Alexander Pankin, on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, said that the Islamic Emirate has control over the whole of Afghanistan and we must accept it as a reality.
“We cannot wait for more relations with the Islamic Emirate, he said adding let’s recognize the current government as the government of Afghanistan and expand relations with it.”
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin, also said that the Islamic Emirate is a reality and countries should be involved in it.
