KABUL: As many as 42 development projects worth 44 mln Afghanis (some 620,840 US Dollars) have been inaugurated in Ghazni province, the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development said in a statement on Tuesday.
The projects included the construction of rural roads, irrigation and retaining walls, implemented by the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) in various villages of the Khawaja Omari district of Ghazni province.
With the implementation of the projects, hundreds of people were provided with jobs.
