KABUL: The Acting Minister of Hajj and Islamic Affairs of the Islamic Emirate Shaikh Noor Mohammad Saqib, participated in the 48th Grand Hajj and Umrah Symposium, in Saudi Arabia, the IEA spokesman said in a statement today.
Spokesman of the Islamic Emirate Mawlavi Zabihullah Mujahid said in a statement today that Shaikh Noor Mohammad Saqib, on the official invitation of the Saudi’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, participated in the 48th Grand Hajj and Umrah Symposium, which was held in Mecca.
The symposium is held annually, and about 500 officials from different Islamic countries are invited to it.
The purpose of holding the conference is to utilize and observe the legal and sharia facilities and concessions in the process of Hajj rituals, taking into account the stated laws and regulations.
On the other hand, the participating members express their views, opinions and suggestions for the better conduct of the Hajj rituals.
In recent weeks, the acting ministers of various ministries of the country have participated in major international meetings of the regional countries, intending to expand relations and active presence in international opportunities.
