KABUL: As a result of armed individuals’ attack 15 police officers and 5 attackers were killed in Dagestan, Russia, media reported.
The attacks were conducted (on Sunday night, July 23) on a synagogue, two Orthodox churches, and a police station, in which 15 people including civilians and militaries were killed but the exact number is unknown, Russian Media reported.
The government of Dagestan has declared three days of public mourning in connection to the incident.
Russian police authorities have stated that they have launched an investigation into the terrorist event.
The identities of the attackers and their affiliations remain unknown at this time.
