Doha meeting participants agreed to establish working groups in private sector and counter-narcotics

DOHA: The spokesman of the Islamic Emirate and head of the Afghan delegation at the third Doha meeting Mawlavi Zabihullah Mujahid said on Tuesday that the meeting members agreed to establish working groups in the areas of removing restrictions on the country’s private sector and counter-narcotics.

He said that the two-day Doha meeting had concluded.

“Afghanistan’s messages have been shared with the representatives of the participating countries,”he said.

Other countries cooperation is also needed to fight drugs and improve the private sector, said Mujahid adding that the assured commitments in this regard.

It should be noted that the two-day Doha meeting was organized by the United Nations and attended by the Islamic Emirate delegation and special representatives of 25 countries in the world, hosted by Qatar.
