Three-day Exhibition of Afghanistan’s Domestic Products opened in Uzbekistan

KABUL: The Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Nooruddin Azizi, and his accompanying delegation, as part of their visit to Uzbekistan, have inaugurated three-day exhibition of the country’s domestic products in Tashkent, the ministry said in a statement on Wednesday.

According to the statement, the three-day exhibition was participated by 75 companies, showcasing the country’s domestic products in 140 stalls including Afghani carpets, handicrafts, precious stones, dried fruit, agricultural products, industrial products, non-alcoholic beverages, iron smelting industries, construction paints, minerals, printing industry, saffron, banking services, and transportation.

The exhibition is held at a time when domestic producers have always demanded marketing for their products.
