KABUL: Poppy on 6,000 acres of land have been destroyed in Herat province, the police department of the province said in a statement today.
Following the poppy destruction campaign, the anti-narcotics police personnel of the province have destroyed poppies on 6,000 acres of land in the Farse district of the province.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of the Interior Affairs discovered and seized nearly 7,000 pills of tablet-k, in Kabul.
Also, 14 people have been arrested in connection with the case and taken to the relevant organs for further investigation into their case.
