KABUL: A total of 23 development projects worth 36 million Afghanis (some 507,600 US Dollars) were exploited in Paktika province, the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MoRRD), said in a statement on Saturday.
The projects have been funded by the United Nations Office for Projects Services (UNOPS), said the statement adding that the projects included the construction of rural roads, irrigation canals and protective walls.
The projects were implemented in various villages of Gardiz districts, according to the statement.
