KABUL: The International Court of Justice in the Hague, after comprehensive investigations, on Friday, decided that the settlement activities of the Israeli Zionist regime in the West Bank and East Jerusalem violate international laws.
In its decision, the countries of the world have been urged to cooperate in stopping the Jewish settlement activities carried out by Israel in the Palestinian territories.
A panel of 15 members has evaluated the Jewish settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem and found them to be in contravention of international laws.
The court has also demanded that the Zionist regime pay reparations to the Palestinians.
Meanwhile, Palestine has called the International Court of Justice’s decision as historic.
Since, several years, the Israeli Zionist regime has been engaged in Jewish settlement activities in violation of international laws on Palestinian territories.
