KABUL: The Acting Minister of National Defense Mawlavi Mohammad Yaqoob Mujahid, in a ceremony held today [Thursday, July 25, 2024] at the hall of the Ministry of Interior to honor the Security and Defense Forces for strengthening the overall security in the country during the two Eids and Muharram days, said that as we have complete sovereignty over territorial integrity, we will also gain sovereignty over air space in a short time.
The ceremony was attended by the Acting Minister of National Defense Mawlavi Mohammad Yaqoob Mujahid, Acting Minister of Interior Affairs Khalifa Sirajuddin Haqqani and Director General of Intelligence Mawlavi Abdul Haq Wasiq, and a number of officials and the security and defense forces.
Speaking in the ceremony, the Acting Minister of National Defense Mawlavi Mohammad Yaqoob Mujahid said that as we have complete sovereignty over territorial integrity, we will also gain sovereignty over air space in a short time.
“If anyone looks at our land with disrespect, we will respond using the available possibilities. We do not accept anyone’s orders, we only obey our Amir,” he said.
