KABUL: In reaction to the killing of Fawad Shakir, a senior Hezbollah commander in Lebanon, Hassan Nasrallah, the leader of Hezbollah, has emphasized a strong and effective response for the Zionist Israeli regime.
Nasrallah said that Hezbollah will act, either alone or with its allies.
The leader of Hezbollah in Lebanon further added that this military-political movement is waiting for an appropriate opportunity to respond to the occupying Israeli regime.
He has deemed the international efforts to dissuade Hezbollah from responding to Israel as futile.
The Zionist Israeli regime simultaneously targeted Fawad Shakir, the former political chief of Hamas, who was a prominent military commander of Hamas.
Hezbollah’s leader in his recent speech said that Mr. Shakir has been present alongside Hamas commanders since the early days of the Al-Aqsa Intifada.
