KABUL: Four development projects worth 6,950,000 Afghanis were implemented in Kandahar province, the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development said in separate statements.
The projects, including the construction of 13 kilometers of rural road in the Shawiz area of Nish district, Kandahar province, with the cost of 3 million Afghani and three other projects include the cleaning of 2,700 meters of karez in Arghandab and Spin Boldak districts of Kandahar province, with the cost of 3, 950,000 Afghanis, said the statements.
According to the statement, with the implementation of these projects, employment opportunities have also been provided for dozens of residents of the mentioned areas.
