KABUL: A three-day exhibition of Uzbekistan products under the name of Afghanistan-Uzbekistan trade meeting has been opened in the capital Kabul.
The exhibition which was opened at the Afghanistan International Exhibition Hall, was attended by the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, IEA officials and Prime Minister of Uzbekistan and some other officials, said the statement.
Speaking in the meeting, the Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce Nooruddin Azizi, said: “Currently there are good investment opportunities are available in Afghanistan, and the country should take advantage of this opportunity to invest.”
At the same time, the Minister of Industry and Trade of Uzbekistan assured that he will continue his cooperation with Afghanistan.
Uzbek goods are displayed in 85 booths of the exhibition.
