KABUL: Russia and Ukraine are set to exchange 115 prisoners each on Saturday after negotiations mediated by the United Arab Emirates, Reuters reported.
According to the Reuters news agency, these prisoners will be exchanged next Saturday.
This comes as the war between Russia and Ukraine has reached a sensitive stage, and each side claims victory.
On the other hand, Moscow has said that its troops are in an offensive state and have retaken their territories from Ukraine.
