KAULA LUMPUR: The Embassy of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Malaysia, during a ceremony, celebrated the third anniversary of independence from the American occupation.
The ceremony was held at the Kuala Lumpur Intercontinental Hotel and was attended by the advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia, the country’s special representative for Afghanistan, the officials of foreign affairs, defense, interior and other ministries, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Lebanon, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Iran, Pakistan and Maldives ambassadors and representatives of other countries.
Islamic Emirate ambassador to Malaysia Naqibullah Ahmadi, discussed the end of the last 20 years of occupation, the troubles, jihadist struggles, and others.
In the meeting, the Mufti of Perlis State of Malaysia, Professor Dr. Mohammad Asri, pointed to the pioneers of the struggle and Jihad of Afghans and congratulated them on the victory.
Finally, a historical and Jihadi video related to Afghanistan was shown to the participants.
