KABUL: The Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs Mawlavi Abdul Kabir, stated that the strengthening of the Islamic system in the country has been a long-lasting wish of the Afghan people, which has now been realized.
He made the remarks on Tuesday during the closing ceremony of a 15-day seminar for 700 students from both public and private universities in the tropical regions of the country, according to a statement from Arg.
He added that today, with the blessing of the Islamic system, all people of Afghanistan are living in complete security across the country.
Mawlavi Kabir emphasized the important role of students in the jihad and freedom-fighting movements, noting that previous regimes used students for their personal interests.
According to him, the current Islamic system considers the implementation of Sharia and the defense of Islamic and Afghan values as its responsibilities.
It is noteworthy that the 15-day seminar for students from the warmer provinces was held under the guidance of the esteemed Amir-ul-Momineen.
