KABUL: Leading a delegation the Acting Minister of Information and Culture Mullah Khairullah Khairkhwa, left the country today [Tuesday, September 10, 2024] for Russia, to participate in the international conference titled “Unity of Cultures.”
The International Conference on the Unity of Cultures is set to be hosted in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
A similar conference was held in Russia last year as well.
