KABUL: The Iranian government will start work on several health projects in Afghanistan in the near future, the Ministry of Public Health said in a statement on Wednesday.
An Iranian delegation made the remarks in a meeting with the Acting Minister of Public Health Mawlavi Noor Jalal Jalali, here in Kabul.
In the meeting, the two sides discussed the cooperation of Iran and with Afghanistan’s health sector.
Minister Jalali called the Iranian and international community’s support necessary for the health sector in Afghanistan and highlighted the importance of bilateral cooperation between Tehran and Kabul.
