KABUL: The Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Mawlavi Amir Khan Muttaqi, said that diplomats of the Islamic Emirate have been accepted in ten countries around the world over the past year.
He made the remarks today in a press conference held today at Government Media and Information Center (GMIC), sharing the ministry’s one-year achievements said that Malaysia, Turkey, Pakistan, Iran, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Russia, China, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates countries accepted the IEA diplomats.
He added that high-ranking officials of China, Russia, Turkey, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Indonesia, Malaysia, as well as senior officials from the European Union and international organizations have visited Afghanistan over the past year.
The officials of the ministry also mentioned that efforts have been made regarding the management of Afghanistan’s diplomatic missions in the region.
They added that as a result of prudent diplomacy of the Islamic Emirate, progress has been made in removing Afghan officials from blacklists.
