KABUL: The Deputy Minister of Hajj and Islamic Affairs Mawlavi Aziz-ur-Rahman Mansour, on behalf of the Islamic Emirate, delivered speech on Friday, September 20, at the 38th International Conference on Unity of Islamic Countries, the ministry said in a statement.
Speaking to the participants [Representatives of various Islamic countries] he emphasized the importance of unity among Islamic countries more than ever during these times.
He called the unity of Muslims and Islamic nations as a strategic option and a fundamental principle of the holy religion of Islam.
Pointing to the achievements of the IEA, he said that since the re-establishment of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Islamic law has been implemented, security has been ensured, drug cultivation and trafficking have been reduced to zero, and major reconstruction projects are currently underway across the country.
