FAIZABAD: Landslide destroyed several houses in the Yawan district of Badakhshan province.
Residents of Yawan said that dozens of other homes are also at serious risk and are urging the Islamic Emirate to pay attention to the situation of the inhabitants in the district.
Local residents noted that a landslide had also occurred in the area last year.
So far, local officials in Badakhshan have not made any comments regarding the incident.
