KABUL: The Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs Mawlavi Abdul Kabir, leading a delegation visited Mahmoud Raqi the capital of Kapisa province, today, where he delivered a speech at a grand gathering.
Speaking at the gathering, a number of elders and influential figures, expressed their support from the Islamic Emirate and asked the Deputy PM for the initiation of the Bagh Dara dam project and the reactivation of the Gulbahar textile factory.
Meanwhile, Deputy PM Mawlavi Abdul Kabir stated that the people of Afghanistan have achieved significant goals through their struggle and jihad against three major powers.
He emphasized that freedom, independence, and the end of devastating wars are among the goals achieved.
It is noteworthy that the provincial visits and meetings by the leadership of the Islamic Emirate aim to strengthen relations between the government and the people.
