KABUL: A water supply network worth 6.7 million Afghanis has been inaugurated in Baghis province, the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development said in a statement.
The project, with the financial support of the World Vission, has been built in Agha Dara Laman village of Qala-e-Naw city, the capital of the province, said the statement.
The completed network includes the construction of five water reservoirs, the installation of nearly 100 water taps, and 17 kilometers of pipeline installation, said the statement, adding that with the completion of this network, access to clean sanitary water has been provided for over 300 families.
