TRINKOT: At least 8 people have been martyred and one another wounded as a result of a traffic accident in the country’s southern province of Uruzgan, the provincial Information and Culture Department said in a statement on Monday.
The accident took place when a Land cruiser-type vehicle fallen in the river in the Gezab district of the province, the statement said, adding that 8 people were martyred and one another injured. According to the statement, the main reason behind the incident is the poor quality of roads.
