KABUL: The Acting Minister of Interior Affairs Khalifa Sirajuddin Haqqani, during his trip to southeast provinces of the country, visited the Second Infantry Brigade of the 203rd Mansouri Army Corps in Paktika province, the Ministry of National Defense said in a statement on Tuesday.
According to the statement, he was accompanied by the deputy governor and the Police chief of Paktika province.
During the meeting, Mawlavi Naqibullah Hamid, the commander of the brigade, expressed gratitude for the assessments, performances, and challenges faced by his unit to the Acting Minister of Interior.
Khalifa Sirajuddin Haqqani assured in addressing the suggestions and problems raised by the officials of the Second Infantry Brigade of the 203rd Mansouri Army Corps, said the statement.
