HERAT: Construction work on a canal worth 31,500,000 Afghanis has been started in Herat city.
The Herat Municipality said in a statement, that the canal will be constructed from the Municipality’s budget with 3 kilometers long, within four months.
Some other projects, including the construction of roads and canals, will also be launched in the province, said the statement.
