KABUL: The Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce Nooruddin Azizi, stated that the challenges faced by Afghan and Uzbek traders in the joint market between Afghanistan and Uzbekistan will be addressed.
According to a statement from the ministry on Friday night, Minister Azizi made the remarks while visiting Afghanistan-Uzbekistan International Center of joint market between the two countries.
Mr. Aziz discussed key issues requiring urgent attention with Afghan and Uzbek officials, where he emphasized strengthening cooperation in the joint market.
He assured the officials and traders of the joint market that addressing their concerns will be a priority.
The joint market between Afghanistan and Uzbekistan was recently inaugurated with an investment of tens of millions of dollars and has opened its doors to the citizens of both countries.
