KABUL: The Russian state-run TASS news agencies said on Wednesday that the 5th humanitarian aid shipment from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia has arrived in Kabul.
According to the agency, an Il-76 aircraft carrying 28 tons of humanitarian aid landed at Kabul International Airport this morning.
Russian officials stated that hese aid shipments have been sent to Afghanistan based on the order of the Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Russia has been one of Afghanistan’s close friends and partners during the more than three years of the Islamic Emirate’s rule.
