KABUL: An international war crimes prosecutor in a video message, called the collapsed regime of Bashar al-Assad in Syria, a killing machine.
The prosecutor made the remarks after a mass grave was found in Syria.
Reuters quoted the former U.S. Special Envoy for War Crimes, Stephen Rapp, as saying that they have documents of more than 100,000 people who were arrested in Damascus and killed as a result of torture and rape.
