KABUL: Based on the decision of the cabinet of the Islamic Emirate, all companies and businessmen’ property and goods remained in the country’s customs, will be returned to their owners, the Ministry of Interior Affairs reported on Saturday.
According to the statement, the properties and goods will be returned to their owners via a special commission under the chairmanship of the Counter-narcotics Deputy Interior Affairs Minister and with close coordination of the Customs Department of the Ministry of Finance.
“All companies and traders whose property and goods are left at the country’s customs are asked to contact as soon as possible to receive their property and goods,” said the statement, adding it is required to have valid ownership documents, a business license, or any kind of document that proves ownership of the remaining property and goods. The Islamic Emirate has always been committed to providing facilities to businessmen, and companies nationwide.
