Supreme Leader ordered cancellation of cases against individuals collaborated with IEA in previous regime

KABUL: The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Emirate Shaikh-ul-Hadith Mawlavi Hebatullah Akhundzada, has issued a two-article decree assigning the Ministry of Justice to annul all judicial cases related to supporters of the Islamic Emirate from the previous administration.

“The decree emphasizes the cancellation of cases against individuals who convicted for collaborating with the Mujahidin during the previous regime,” said the Ministry of Justice.

This comes at a time when several cases involving citizens accused of collaboration with the Islamic Emirate faced ongoing prosecution and various challenges.
