KABUL: The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Emirate, Shaikh-ul-Hadith Mawlavi Hebatullah Akhundzada, in a decree, recommended the builders of the buildings not to leave windows towards the neighbors.
In the decree, it’s stated: “Builders do not have the right to leave such windows on the side of the neighbor’s house, which can reveal the interior of the house, such as the yard, kitchen, and other places.”
According to the decree, if such a window is left, then to prevent harm, a wall should be built as high as a person or another suitable device should be used.
