Explosion in Balochistan leaves 5 dead, over 30 injured

KABUL: As a result of the explosion on a bus carrying Pakistani border forces in Balochistan, five border forces were killed, and over 30 others were injured.

According to international media, the attack took place on Saturday evening, in the Turbat area of Balochistan province.

The explosion specifically targeted a bus transporting Frontier Corps (FC) personnel.

Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Balochistan Chief Minister Sardar Baloch have both reacted to the attack.

The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has claimed responsibility for the bombing in a statement, asserting that dozens of Pakistani soldiers were killed and injured.
