Ukrainian President claims 15,000 Russian soldiers killed in Kursk in five months

KABUL: Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine, stated that 15,000 Russian soldiers loyal to the Kremlin have been killed in attacks over the past five months, media reported.

He made this claim without providing sufficient evidence to support it, stating that the casualties occurred in the Kursk region of Russia.

Zelensky emphasized that North Korean soldiers are among the dead.

He also asserted that Russian forces, in addition to human losses, have also suffered financial losses in the Kursk area.

Kursk is a region in Russia that was reportedly captured by Ukrainian forces five months ago.
