KABUL: The spokesman of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs Samiullah Ebrahimi in a videotape said today that over 33,000 work permits have been distributed in the past three months.
“21,576 permits were issued for government positions, while more than 9,800 individuals were employed in the private sector. Also, 1,920 foreign citizens received work permits,” he said. The spokesperson also noted that in total, over 90,000 work permits have been distributed in the current fiscal year.
