KABUL: Based on the decree of the esteemed Amir al-Mumineen, Mawlavi Abdul Kabir, former Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs, during a ceremony has been introduced as the acting Minister of Refugees and Repatriations to the employees.
The ceremony was attended by Shaikh Mohammad Khalid Hanafi, the acting Minister for Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice, Shaikh Noorulhaq Anwar, head of the Administrative Affairs, as well as deputies, directors, and numerous officials from the Ministry of Refugees.
The head of Administrative Affairs emphasized that the leaders of the Islamic Emirate aim to serve the people.
He noted that Mawlavi Abdul Kabir has made tireless efforts and sacrifices for the Islamic Emirate, and his experience and capabilities will positively impact the ministry’s activities.
Shaikh Mohammad Khalid Hanafi also highlighted obedience as a high standard of piety and a principle of the Islamic Emirate.
He praised Mawlavi Abdul Kabir’s successful roles in various sectors.
Mawlavi Abdul Kabir prayed for the soul of the martyr Khalil ur-Rahman Haqqani and praised his good management and efforts in the field of refugee affairs.
Expressing his pleasure over his appointment as acting Minister of Refugees by Amir-ul-Momineen, Mawlavi Abdul Kabir, stated that he aims to serve the Islamic system and the Afghan people effectively through his new position.
He urged the ministry’s staff to continue their work with sincerity and mentioned that they would collectively carry out the ministry’s tasks and responsibilities as a strong team.
