UK Culture Minister supports cricket match between Afghanistan and England

KABUL: The Ministry of Culture of the United Kingdom (UK) has expressed support for the cricket match between Afghanistan and England.

The British Parliament’s Sports Committee, citing Lisa Nandy Culter Minister of the UK, reported on Tuesday evening that boycotting the match between the England national team and the Afghanistan national team would be ineffective and that the game should be done.

This cabinet member called the cancellation of the match a punishment for the athletes.

The letter comes in response to recent calls from some individuals to cancel the cricket match between Afghanistan and England.
