Afghan students graduate from International Islamic University of Pakistan

KABUL: The Embassy of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Islamabad, Pakistan has announced the graduation of a number of Afghan students from the International Islamic University of Pakistan.

The embassy reported on Sunday, that a graduation ceremony had been held for the students of this university, including Afghan students.

“Afghan students received their graduation certificates after completing their studies in Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral programs at the International Islamic University of Pakistan,” said the statement.

Speaking in the ceremony, Sardar Ahmad Shakib, the Ambassador of the Islamic Emirate in Pakistan, stated: “Afghanistan needs specialists who, while thinking about their own success, use their knowledge for the reform, stability, and progress of the country.”

He emphasized that Afghanistan can progress through education, research, and innovation.

He also praised the efforts of the leadership and faculty members of the International Islamic University of Pakistan.

The statement did not specify the exact number of Afghan graduates from the university.

Currently, hundreds of Afghan students are studying in various fields at universities across Pakistan.
