KABUL: The personnel of the 215th Army Corps has seized two vehicles loaded with various smuggled goods in the Khwaja Ali area, Khanshin district of Helmand.
The confiscated items included 53,520 kilograms of copper, 10 tons of fabric, 50 sacks of opium seeds, one satellite phone, and numerous other items that were being smuggled to neighboring countries.
It is noteworthy that several smuggled goods have been seized in Helmand in the past as well.
