KABUL: As a result of an explosion in the Balochistan province of Pakistan, 7 people were killed and wounded, Pakistan’s state-run Dawn news agency reported on Saturday.
“A Pakistani police vehicle from the Anti-Terrorism Force was targeted in the city of Quetta, resulting in the death of one officer and injuries of six others,” a Pakistani police said.
He added that the explosion occurred on the Karani road in Quetta.
The Baloch Liberation Army has claimed responsibility for the attack.
Recently, unrest has significantly increased in Pakistan.
