Nearly 1,000 cadets join national army after training in Balkh

KABUL: Nearly 1,000 cadets have joined the country’s national police after completing two months of ideological, professional training in the 209th Al-Fath Army Corps in Balkh province, Radio Omid correspondent reported on Sunday.
Addressing the graduation ceremony, Shaikh-ul-Hadith Noor Mohammad Haqqani, Deputy Minister of the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice, said that the Islamic Emirate represents all Afghans, with no distinctions based on rank, language, or ethnicity.
Haqani stressed that the Islamic and National Army forces must respond decisively to any aggressive actions from the enemy.
Also, the Head of the Ulama Council of Balkh highlighted the importance of professionalizing the defense and security forces in advancing the country’s defense and ensuring public safety.
