KABUL: A total of 520 cadets, after receiving three months of military and professional training during a ceremony, graduated from the 217th Omari Army Corps on Tuesday.
The ceremony was attended by the commander of the 217th Omari Army Corps, Mawlavi Amanuddin Mansour, the Deputy of the Ulamas’ Council of Kunduz, Shaikh Mumtazullah Al-Basharani, as well as the governors of Kunduz and Takhar provinces and various military and civilian officials.
Recently, approximately 3,000 young personnel have been presented for services in defense of their religion and homeland across different regions of the country.
