KABUL: Mawlavi Amir Khan Muttaqi, the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, stated that the ongoing tragedy in Gaza has raised questions about the existence of human rights structures in the world.
He made the remarks on Wednesday evening at a banquet held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which was attended by ambassadors and diplomatic delegations from foreign countries residing in Kabul.
The acting Foreign Minister emphasized that the continued tragedy in Gaza has cast doubts on the global order.
He noted that Afghanistan’s relations with the region and the world have entered a new phase.
Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi stressed that the Islamic Emirate has no issues with any regional countries, particularly its neighbors, and poses no threat to any nation.
In part of his remarks, he referred to the expulsion of Afghan migrants from neighboring countries, stating that neighbors should return migrants to Afghanistan gradually and respectfully.
Previously, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate condemned the resumption of attacks and aggression by the Israeli regime against Gaza.
