KABUL: The Iranian Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, stated that full sovereignty and security have been established in Afghanistan.
In an interview with an Iranian agency, he mentioned that during the previous administration, every part of Afghanistan was controlled by various groups, but, now it is not like that, instead, a unified sovereignty has been established.
The Iranian Foreign Minister further emphasized that, based on the ground realities, a political governance has emerged in Afghanistan over the past three years, solidifying its sovereignty.
Iran shares a long border with Afghanistan, and the political, economic, and security relations between the two countries have always remained significant.
