Latest Russian missile attack on Ukraine injures nearly 90

KABUL: In the most recent missile attack by Russian forces on Ukraine, 88 individuals, including children, were injured, while peace negotiations between the two countries continue, Reuters reported on Monday night.

Missile strikes targeted a densely populated area in the city of Sumy, located in northeastern Ukraine, according to local official Volodymyr Artyukh.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky condemned the attack.

This assault coincides with ongoing peace talks in Saudi Arabia involving delegations from Ukraine, the U.S., and Russia.

These discussions lasted for 12 hours behind closed doors in Riyadh yesterday, and the outcomes have not yet been disclosed.
