Construction work on dozens of development projects worth 120 million Afghani begin in Kapisa

KABUL: Construction works on 68 development projects worth 120 million Afghani, have been kicked off by the Acting Minister of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, Mullah Mohammad Younus Akhundzada, in Kapisa province.

The Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development told in a statement to Radio Omid on Tuesday night, that the practical work on these projects will be implemented in various areas of the Tagab district of Kapisa 

During the inauguration of the projects, Mullah Mohammad Younus Akhundzada assured the residents of the Tagab district that their problems would be addressed through the implementation of the projects.

The projects include the construction of rural roads, bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and agricultural canals.

The statement did not mention the source of funding for the projects.

This comes just two days after the launch of dozens of development projects worth over 300 million Afghani in Paktia province by the same ministry.
